Jackpot 365

Jackpot365 is an optional progressive jackpot game played alongside, but separately to, eligible Casino games and Sports bets. Participation is optional and does not affect the outcome of the game being played. You can opt in and out of Jackpot365 at any time.

To be eligible to win a Jackpot365 prize via Casino, click ‘Opt in’ on the in-game panel of an eligible Casino game. Once opted in, an additional $0.20 (or currency equivalent) will be used from your account balance for each hand, spin, or round played, on top of your base game bet. Entry into Jackpot365 is also available via opt-in on the Sports betslip. The bet for entry via the Sports betslip is $1.00 (or currency equivalent), which due to the higher bet value has a 5 times greater chance of winning a jackpot than entry via a Casino game. For example, a $1.00 entry on Sports will mean that you have five (5) times the chance of winning the jackpot compared to a $0.20 Casino entry. This is to account for the difference in the cost per entry.

Opting in via a Casino game is separate from opting in via a Sports betslip. The opt-in status does not transfer between products, and you can be opted in on Casino and opted out on a Sports betslip, and vice versa.
Jackpot365 wins are triggered randomly. Jackpot winnings will be credited automatically to your withdrawable balance. There may be a delay in winnings being paid out if two or more jackpots are won close together. Larger jackpot payouts may require additional verification checks to be carried out before winnings can be withdrawn.

You may opt out at any time from Jackpot365 at the bottom of the eligible game’s in-game panel, at the bottom of the Sports betslip, or any other area on the site that contains the Jackpot365 console. If you have opted out, you will not be eligible to win a jackpot unless you opt in again.

The jackpot is a progressive jackpot, meaning a portion of every applicable Jackpot Bet Amount (which varies depending on whether the entry is from Casino or Sports) is added to the jackpot total. If a game allows multiple bets in a single round, only one Jackpot Bet Amount contributes for that round.

Eighty-five percent (85%) of the applicable Jackpot Bet Amount (which varies depending on whether the entry is from Casino or Sports) is added to the jackpot prize-pool, a portion of which is reserved for future jackpot prize-pools (the “Reserve”). This allocation generates a total theoretical jackpot return to player of eighty-five percent (85%).

One of four jackpots can be won at any time (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze), which each offer a different prize value as displayed on the in-game panel on Casino or the betslip on Sports. Relevant contributions from the Jackpot Bet Amount, as defined above, are divided across the four tiers.

Jackpot winners are selected at random and not as a result of any specific outcome from the game being played.

All Jackpot365 wins will be verified by our internal validation process. If a jackpot is won shortly after a previous jackpot win, there may be a delay in the in-game panel displaying the new jackpot prize amount(s).

There is no upper limit to Jackpot365 values, and the jackpot will continue to increase as all players play eligible games and contribute via Jackpot Bet Amounts, until a winner is selected at random. There is no set number of jackpots that will be won in a given timeframe, and no set time by which jackpots will be won.

The current value of the jackpot can be seen on the in-game panel of the eligible Casino game, the bottom of the Sports betslip and on the Jackpot365 banner on the offer page. Please be aware that due to internet latency, there can be a slight delay in the jackpot amount displayed within the jackpot ticker and the most up-to-date jackpot value a customer can win.

If the value of your bet and Jackpot Bet Amount combined would exceed staking limits for the jurisdiction in which you are playing, then the Jackpot Bet Amount will not be applied and you will not be eligible to win a jackpot prize for that round. While you are opted in, bets placed on Casino using bonus funds, golden chips or spins will also deduct the Jackpot Bet Amount from your player balance and be eligible to win a jackpot prize.

All jackpot wins are subject to verification and any decisions as to eligibility or any wins (including the amount thereof) are final. bet365 is not liable for technical, hardware or software failures or any unavailable or lost network connections which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect a player’s ability to take part in Jackpot365.

In the event Jackpot365 is decommissioned and bet365 is in possession of player jackpot contributions, bet365 shall distribute any remaining funds to previously participating players and provide users with reasonable notice of the planned decommission. In the event the jackpot funds are transferred to a new Jackpot, bet365 shall determine the total amount of player contributed jackpot funds remaining in its possession, transfer such funds to the new jackpot and provide users with reasonable notice of the planned transfer.

Without limiting any rights or remedies set forth in the bet365 Terms and Conditions, in the event any technical component(s) associated with the jackpot malfunctions or becomes unresponsive for any reason, any jackpot transaction that fails to process as a result will be voided, any Jackpot Bet Amount deducted from your account balance shall be refunded to you, and you will not be eligible to win a jackpot prize on that hand, spin, or round of the eligible game.

bet365 reserves the right to modify or amend these Rules at any time. By opting in to participate in Jackpot365, you understand and agree to be bound by these Rules. bet365 may modify these Rules, cancel or modify any jackpot, add or remove eligible games, or exclude any individual(s) from participation Jackpot365, in each case, for any reason and in its sole discretion, at any time and without notice.

Jackpot365 bets will not qualify towards any rollover requirements for offers or promotions.

Selected featured games will only be visible to customers who are logged in and verified. Not all games are guaranteed to be available, on all platforms or web browsers, during each promotional period.

Where any term of the promo is breached or there is evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments or any other promotional promo results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the bonus or enhanced payment element of such promo, void any wager funded through the promo and/or remove any winnings from such wager. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the bonus or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against that activity.

In an attempt to combat fraudulent activity, bet365 has introduced methods to detect and prevent abuse of this promo. bet365 may ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation and/or verification steps for it, acting reasonably, to be satisfied as to the customer's identity prior to crediting any promo, bonus funds and/or winnings to their account.

bet365 may reclaim any prize amount that has been awarded in error.
